The managing director of Debt Free, Anthony Warner, is a Registered Bankruptcy Trustee (Trustee no. 876 NSW) and an Official Liquidator (license no. 296667). ITSA aims to minimize the impact of financial failure on the wider community by providing a personal insolvency system that produces equitable outcomes for both individuals and creditors. The Official Trustee of ITSA can also administer bankruptcy appointments. ITSA also operates a bankruptcy registry, where a debtors can lodge a debtors' petition to become bankrupt. ITSA also administers the lodgment and voting of Debt Agreement proposals. ITSA can also investigate offences under the Bankruptcy Act.
