The Debt Agreement thresholds are indexed in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

The Debt Agreement thresholds are currently:

• Unsecured creditors less than $82,501*; or
• Assets less than $82,501*; or
• Income less than $61,875* (after tax) or $85,001 (before tax)
